Who we are looking for A Facilities Helpdesk Scheduler, who will develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure a consistent and compliant approach is implemented for asset management.

You will assist the Facilities department by maintaining and using the helpdesk software, booking systems and various administrative duties required by the department. This position is on a full time basis and will require a flexible approach to working hours with a rolling rota of any five days from seven, including weekends and bank holidays.

Experience of asset management using a CAFM System.
Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Outlook.
Ability to communicate at all levels with strong customer service skills, whilst acting as a point of contact for Facilities and other internal departments.
Collating, verifying and uploading asset data into the CAFM system, linking to maintenance schedules.
Monitoring all mailboxes, CAFM and booking systems to support full time Business operations.
Supporting the Facilities department with administrative tasks.
Allocating pool vehicles, scheduling MOT’s and services or repairs.
