Our client, a Membership Organisation, are looking to hire a CORPORATE EVENTS ASSISTANT to join their busy team.
ROLE: Corporate Events Assistant
WHEN: Monday - Friday / hybrid working / 09:00 - 17:30
START: ASAP
PLEASE NOTE: This role will include travel throughout the UK and you MUST have CORPORATE events experience.
Working with the Events Team to coordinate events including: breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, launch events, webinars and virtual roundtables, conferences and receptions
Maintain the working relationships with members through the delivery of events
Provide logistical arrangements with both member hosts and/or external venues to ensure events run smoothly
Create and circulate invitations for events, using the CRM system, automated in-house system (Force24) and Outlook
Events administration in the lead up to events, including production – name badges, agendas etc
Point of contact for event participants and responding to events related queries
Assist with flagship events: Annual Dinner, International Conference, Annual Conference, National Conference
Help maintain CRM system of member and non-member delegates for events
Assist the Events Executive with management of external suppliers
Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required
Events experience within a professional environment
Natural team player who is flexible
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
