**Events Assistant**
5 Hertford Street is the beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.
We are currently looking for an Events Assistant to join our Events Team.

**The responsibilities of the Events Assistant are**:
- Assisting with club event administration
- Liaising with members from enquiry stage to confirming and finalising all details
- Managing the Events inbox
- Formatting and printing event menus.
**The Experience & Qualifications required of our Events Assistant are**:
- Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous
- Excellent phone manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent rapport building and inter-personal skills
**The working hours**:
- You will be based at our Head Office in Mayfair, working Monday - Friday from 9am-6pm with a degree of flexibility required in line with booked events.
**The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.**
