Shack Events, a leading venue concessions partner, is seeking a skilled Event Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events at Wembley Stadium.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the event operations team on site, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with the Account Project Manager and Event Operations Manager to develop and implement event plans.
- Train and develop the casual event operations crew, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage compliance and health and safety processes, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
- Deliver stock to all bars pre-event and during events, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Conduct draught beer system checks, ensuring the highest quality of service.
- Strong experience in large event bar operations, with a proven track record of leading teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good experience using Microsoft Excel and online systems, with strong administrative abilities.
- A competitive salary of £40,000 per year (depending on experience).
- 28 days' holiday per year.
- Private healthcare.
