Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Sales and Business Development. The Director will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing sales operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business development efforts. This includes overseeing team management, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development experience
  • Strong knowledge of sales operations and customer service
  • Proven track record in team management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
