With a focus on creativity, authenticity, and strategic partnerships, TikTal helps brands harness the power of influencer marketing to reach their target audience effectively.
TikTal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Brands Partnership - Sales and Business Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with brands, overseeing the sales team, and developing new business opportunities.
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with brands to enhance TikTal's client portfolio.
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth.
Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling pitches and proposals for potential brand partners.
Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the sales team.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing brand partners.
Conduct market research to understand the evolving needs of brands and influencers.
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and creative teams, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Minimum of 5 years of proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the influencer marketing or advertising industry.
Coach, mentor, and support junior team members to scale.
