Role Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Plan, forecast, and deliver the business plan on a monthly & quarterly basis.
* Conduct market analysis to identify critical customer segments.
* Drive prospecting and lead generation activities.
* Establish and maintain senior and C-level relationships.
* Lead and coordinate offer preparation.
* Support ongoing sales process improvements and CRM implementation enhancements.

Certifications, Qualifications, and Educational Requirements
* Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Preferred: MBA.
* Min 10 years of experience in business development & sales, specifically in the automotive and/or software industry.
* Strong sales track record.
* Proficiency in English additional languages beneficial.
* Experienced in using CRM systems.

Prior Professional Experience
* At least 10 years of relevant experience in business development and sales within the automotive and/or software sectors.
* Demonstrable experience in effectively managing senior and C-level relationships.
* A history of successful sales and business growth achievements.
