Trakm8 is a UK based technology leader in fleet management, insurance telematics, connected car, and optimisation. Through IP owned technology, the Group uses AI data analytics collected from its installed base of telematics units to fine tune the algorithms that are used to produce its' solutions; these monitor driver behaviour, identify crash events, and monitor vehicle health to provide actionable insights to continuously improve the security and operational efficiency of both company fleets and private drivers.


We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our Established Customer Success team here at our Head office in Coleshill.


The customer success team is a commercial team responsible for on-boarding new business, supporting customer trials and managing renewals and upgrades for Trakm8’s existing customer base.

It is the objective for the Customer Success Team’s account manager to reduce customer attrition and secure contract renewals and upgrades by promoting our latest product offerings. The Customer Success Team has a dedicated technical resource who are on hand to support opportunities for existing accounts and their technical requirements.


Main Responsibilities of the role:

  • Manage and grow Trakm8 accounts, maintain relationships with clients and grow recurring revenue streams
  • Achieve KPI’s; delivering revenue target, self-prospecting and follow up of inbound enquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service in areas such as order fulfilment etc.
  • Proactive management of assigned accounts and commercial opportunities - Regular meetings - MI Packs - Quarterly reviews
  • Effectively communicate our Client requirements to Trakm8 development and operation Teams
  • Development of an extensive pipeline of opportunities within existing accounts
  • Develop new opportunities in the SME market
  • Develop an extensive knowledge of the Telematics market, emerging technologies, and communicate the findings to senior management and relevant departments
  • Assist in tenders and their subsequent completion
  • Accurate and timely

o Forecasting

o Reporting

o Completion of visit reports

o Completion customer development plans

  • Promote Trakm8 products and Services for our client’s own use
  • Promote Trakm8 through attendance to conferences
  • Develop strong interdepartmental relationships


Requirements:

  • Sales experience in a sales environment (internal sales)
  • Account management experience
  • Technical Sales background – preferable
  • Experience selling to senior management and SME business owners
  • Excellent presentation & questioning / listening skill
  • Documented ability to exceed sales targets consistently
  • Class leading account management
  • Strong understanding of project management
  • Ability to sell complex solution
  • Customer Focused
