Iconic Resourcing HR are partnering with one of our clients with offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen as they seek a HR Advisor to join their busy team. This role will be fast paced, hands on and looking after an employee group of circa 700.


You will coach and advise managers across regional offices on a range of employee relations cases including absence management, poor performance, organisational change, disciplinaries and grievances. You will attend formal meetings, advise on employment law, policy and procedures.

You will deliver training workshops to support and upskill managers and directors and be involved in a variety of HR Projects, input into process improvement and be responsible for checking contractual paperwork. In addition, you will support on all aspects of recruitment to support attraction and selection processes.


We are looking for someone who:


  • Has strong experience in dealing with employee relations cases and coaching senior stakeholders
  • Is confident coaching and influencing stakeholders
  • Has a background in a fast paced environment
  • Is organised, committed and driven
