About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team at NRG Resourcing. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing fee-free mortgage advice to clients, guiding them through the mortgage process, and helping them secure suitable mortgage loans tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess clients' eligibility for mortgage loans
  • Research and recommend mortgage options
  • Offer sound advice and facilitate the application and approval process
  • Work closely with a dedicated client relationship manager to provide administrative support

Requirements

  • CEMAP qualified
  • Experience as a Mortgage Advisor
  • Proven track record of mortgage sales
  • Experience working with volume mortgage cases
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed

What We Offer

  • Employed salary of £30,000
  • Commission of £10,500 (validation) and 40% thereafter
  • Office-based role with offices across Scotland
  • Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm, with flexible hours

Locations

Roles are available in Dalkeith, Dunfermline, Aberdeen, Stirling, and Inverness.
