Job Summary

Pertemps Network Group is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join their team. As an HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations:
    • Take minutes and provide basic ER advice
    • Assist with investigations
    • Support Managers in the absence of the HR Advisor
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with day-to-day HR administration
    • Assist with contracts and offer letters
    • Maintain HR Records and database
  • Miscellaneous:
    • Record sickness/absence
    • Support with starter and leavers
    • Analysis of HR processes
    • Assist with internal audits
    • Weekly and monthly HR reporting
    • Other HR duties as required

Requirements

  • Previous HR experience is essential with a good knowledge of employment legislation
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written skills
  • IT knowledge (SAP, Microsoft Office etc) and an understanding of HR systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organisation and multitasking skills
  • A focus on quality being commercially and customer aware
  • Respect for and able to manage confidential/sensitive information
  • HR Qualification desirable but not essential
