Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of HR to join their senior leadership team, an essential role in supporting ongoing growth and cultural evolution.


As the Head of HR, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and driving forward an ambitious people strategy aligned with our client’s strategic goals. This role is uniquely positioned for a high-performing HR generalist with extensive experience in organisational development, talent strategy, and cultural transformation. You’ll lead the charge in developing an empowering, people-centric environment, ensuring that HR capabilities are both robust and agile to support the company’s mission.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic HR Leadership

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute an innovative, forward-thinking HR strategy.

• Lead and inspire an HR team to deliver both strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

• Drive cultural transformation efforts that foster inclusivity, high performance, and employee engagement.


Organisational Development & Change Management

• Develop frameworks to support organisational efficiency and scalability.

• Lead change management initiatives, enhancing leadership capabilities and employee engagement.


Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Design and implement a talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent.

• Oversee workforce planning to align with future business needs and evolve the company’s employee value proposition.


Employee Relations & Engagement

• Cultivate a collaborative, positive work environment with policies that promote fair resolution of employee issues.

• Lead engagement programs that align employees with the organisation’s mission and vision.


Reward, Compensation & Benefits

• Design competitive reward strategies that attract and retain talent, ensuring alignment with performance benchmarks and business objectives.


Learning & Development (L&D)

• Foster a culture of continuous learning through targeted development programs and succession planning.


HR Operations

• Oversee HR operations, ensuring efficient processes and compliance across the organisation.
