Do you have passion for making a meaningful impact on patients' lives while driving sales growth in the healthcare sector? Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join their team in the role of Territory Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a vital member of the team, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving territory sales objectives through proactive field-based selling activities.
  • Your focus will be on cultivating robust business partnerships with key decision-makers, promoting the company products and services to target customers, and driving market share and sales growth for their products and solutions.
  • You'll be instrumental in implementing sales and marketing campaigns that align with the company’s corporate strategy.
  • Additionally, you'll be tasked with developing strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders, selling the full spectrum of the company’s services and offerings, and promoting evidence-based research to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Your role will also involve delivering education and training to healthcare professionals and providing support to both internal teams and external education events.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: Full UK driving licence
  • Desirable: Degree or equivalent

The Person/Experience:

  • Successful, dynamic and self-motivated Sales Professional in the medical field.
  • Successful field sales experience within healthcare.
  • Experience of working within the medical device sector (desired).
  • Clinical knowledge of the specified therapy area would be an advantage.
  • Commercial experience selling to the NHS.
  • Experience in sales and account management.
  • Passionate about understanding customer’s needs and delivering solutions through partnerships.
  • Business acumen; demonstrates good commercial awareness.
  • Entrepreneurial; seeks opportunities, has a solutions-orientated approach.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
