We are seeking a dynamic and experienced insurance professional to serve as the International Head of Major Accounts and Head of Broking Distribution at Chubb

This leadership position requires in-depth knowledge insurance, excellent strategic and analytical skills, and a proven track record in managing major accounts and broking distribution channels on an international scale.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing the broking distribution strategy across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth and increase revenue from major accounts in collaboration with regional teams. Drive the adoption of standard processes within major accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Foster strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and distribution partners to enhance Chubb's market presence and drive new business opportunities. Collaborate with regional heads and market leaders to implement broking distribution strategies that align with Chubb's business objectives. Oversee a distributed team (global) of broking distribution professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent execution and optimal performance across markets. Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners, including underwriting, risk engineering, claims, marketing, and operations teams Drive continuous improvement in processes, technology, and service delivery Monitor and analyze performance measurements, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership on key performance indicators. Represent Chubb in industry conferences, panels, and forums, client advisory boards and stewardship meetings, demonstrating thought leadership and promoting Chubb's brand and capabilities.

Desired skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate teams across geographically diverse locations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric mentality. Strategic problem solver who can analyse market trends and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth. Extensive knowledge of insurance products, underwriting principles, and risk management concepts. Ability to navigate complex organisational structures and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong eye for business and proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Proven ability to influence and engage senior executives, brokers, and clients
