**Freelance Paid Media Account Director, Hybrid in London, £400 per day [Inside IR35], 3-month contract**

Major Players are working with a global creative media agency, working with some of the UK's leading companies. With plans to hire a number of roles from entry to senior level in 2023, they are looking for interim freelance support.

As a **Freelance Paid Media Account Director**, you will take the lead on the day-to-day across a large international client, delivering strategy, and overseeing media planning and activation across a broad range of digital channels.

As a**Freelance Paid Media Account Director** you will:

- Take the lead on a major account, helping to connect with various teams across the network globally
- Lead the strategy development, and oversee media planning, activation, and ongoing operations for the account
- Manage a cross-functional team of 8+ people
- Make confident cross-channel recommendations, and understand the interplay of multiple channels
- Lead innovation initiatives across media, partnerships, and platforms
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including planning, strategy, creative, digital activation, and analytics, ensuring holistic campaign planning

The **Freelance Paid Media Account Director** will need:

- At least 6 years of experience within media planning and account management
- UK experience is essential, and international experience desired
- Able to utilise relevant planning tools, industry theory, bespoke research to validate channel planning recommendations, alongside using media planning tools (TGI, GWI, Ad Dynamix, etc)

**Location: Hybrid working in Liverpool Street, London**
