Our partner, an international development & humanitarian organisation, is looking to recruit an Interim Head of FPA to cover a secondment. This is a hands on role, and requires someone comfortable with manipulating high volumes & complex data.
- **R esponsibilities**_
- Undertake the monthly budget variance analysis at country, regional and global levels, and undertake financial and operational analysis to measure business unit performance.
- Monthly reporting and modelling for the programmes team, SMT and Board.
- Support in NICRA modelling and management
- Support in reviewing and standardising reporting, and financial process improvements.
- Managerial responsibility of a small team.

**_Requirements_**
- Qualified accountant, or MBA, with demonstratable experience of FP&A, specifically undertaking complex analysis and modelling for an international charity, ideally both within HQ and field settings.
- Knowledge of UKGAAP and USGAAP.
- Experience of working with institutional donors including USAID, FCDO and the EU.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and an ability to translate complex financial data, analysis and concepts to both finance and non-finance staff.
- Advanced MSExcel skills, and strong systems skills (knowledge of both accounting and reporting software).
