Global Accounting Network are partnering with a high-growth start-up business in the tech/manufacturing space. With exciting growth plans they are looking to bring in an interim Head of FP&A. The role will be a direct support to the CEO/Founder and bean expert in FP&A and financial modelling. Initial focus will be to review current financial models to ensure they are not making any short-term mistakes. This role requires someone who is hands-on, willing to get into the detail and demonstrate full widerbusiness understanding.
Duties & responsibilities:

- Finance Lead for Budget and Forecast process planning
- Create KPIs, dashboards for multiple business stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and strategic objectives
- Manage Group reporting, budgeting and forecasting in support of shareholder objectives, prepared ad-hoc analyses for various stakeholders
- Review and develop financial models
- Support founders and CEO with any ad hoc analysis / reporting

**Requirements**:

- Fully qualified accountant
- Expert in FP&A, Financial Modelling
- Previous high-growth start-up experience
- Ideally tech or manufacturing
