We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service/Administrator to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries across the business. The role demands a highly organised, resourceful, and customer-focused individual who can efficiently handle a variety of customer service and administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to excellent customer service and support the overall operational needs of the businesses.

Requirements

Customer Inquiry Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer service inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
    • Provide prompt, accurate, and thoughtful responses to customer questions and concerns.
    • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or management when necessary.
Administrative Support:
    • Maintain customer records and databases with up-to-date contact information and interaction details.
    • Assist in the preparation of regular reports on customer service metrics.

Cross-Business Coordination:
    • Understand and stay updated on all products, services, and policies.
    • Liaise with various departments across the business to resolve customer issues.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and strategies.
Issue Resolution and Follow-up:
    • Investigate and solve product/service issues reported by customers.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
    • Provide feedback to the management on recurring customer concerns or patterns.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
    • Document all customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken.
    • Handle sensitive information confidentially.
