Are you ready to make a real impact in the HR landscape? Weare looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our team, playing apivotal role in the daily administration of HR functions at DHC. You willsupport the HR Manager in ensuring that all administrative tasks are completedto a high standard, following our set processes.
Although the main focus will be on supporting the recruitmentprocess, including completing pre-employment checks and onboarding new starters,you will be involved in all aspects of HR admin. An interest in and passion forsuccessful recruitment is essential. Our ability to provide exceptionalhealthcare services depends on having suitably qualified and experienced staffat every level. You'll be instrumental in helping DHC managers recruit newstaff efficiently and effectively, ensuring we continue to deliver top-tierservices.
You will contribute to providing a comprehensive HR servicethat equips managers, employees, and contractors with best practices tocultivate a high-performance culture. This role requires a proactive approach,with the ability to use your initiative to manage, prioritise, and organiseyour time effectively while maintaining the confidentiality and security of HRdata.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a candidate with experience in a similarrole within a comparable industry or sector, particularly one that prioritisescompliance with external regulations regarding the employment of staff andcontractors.
You will provide robust HR administration spanning theentire employee lifecycle, focusing on recruitment, pre-employment checks,onboarding arrangements, inductions for new hires, and drafting HR documents.Additionally, you will be supporting other HR projects and processes.

Location:
This role is based at DHC's Head Office inRedhill. A minimum of three days per week in the office is required, with theopportunity for some hybrid working if desired.

TheHR team at DHC is responsible for managing the organisation's entire HRfunction. Over the past 5 years, theorganisation has grown to nearly 300 employees and provides healthcare servicesto approximately 120,000 patients within Surrey.
TheHR Administrator will focus primarily on recruitment, pre-employment checks andon-boarding, although the scope includes administrative duties spanning allaspects of HR management.
TheHR team is crucial in supporting DHC managers to smoothly, efficiently andrapidly recruit new staff to deliver exceptional service.
Theexpectation will be to help maintain existing HR systems and processes to thehighest standard and identify, recommend and implement any changes that willdevelop and improve the current HR service offering, both within DHC and to thePrimary Care Networks within our GP federation.
Thisrole will support providing a comprehensive HR service that ensures thatmanagers, employees and contractors are equipped with best practice HR servicesand systems to foster a high-performance culture . Thisrequires the post holder to be a self-starter with very strong time managementskills, able to cope with a busy and varied workload. To be successful in the role you need to be proactiveand wherever possible, use initiative, managing, prioritising, planning andorganising their own time whilst maintaining confidentiality and security of HRdata at all times.
