**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Help with onboarding and offboarding processes for clients.
- Support in organizing training and development programs.
- Assist in benefits administration and payroll tasks.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in an HR role or internship is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn.

Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 35 per week
**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
