Dealing with all HR matters and issuing documentation
Liaising with Peninsula HR Services
Recruitment and inductions
Upkeep of training matrix and purchasing of training courses
Vehicle admin
Purchasing of work wear and supplies
Renewing company memberships and accreditation's
Completing client pre-qualifying questionnaires
Approving and inputting purchase invoices and employee expenses onto Sage 50 Accounts
Assisting Office Manager with administrative duties
25 Days Holiday per year + Bank Holidays
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- Sage 50 Accounts: 1 year (preferred)
- Construction office: 2 years (preferred)
- Office experience: 2 years (preferred)
