Accounts Administrator required in Maidstone

We are working with a rapidly growing company who is an industry leader in their field.

You will be assisting the team with:

  • Financial duties whether that be daily, monthly or annual.
  • Preparing monthly bank reconciliations for different currencies
  • Creating sales and purchase invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations and making payments
  • Credit control responsibilities
  • Processing expenses
  • Assist with monthly reporting

Essential criteria

  • Educated to A Level standard
  • Experience in sales and purchase ledger
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player

This role is Monday to Friday, can be either full or part time (25 - 40 hours and is on a temporary to permanent basis.)

After probation there may be an opportunity for hybrid working. Initially this role is fully office based.

This role pays £12.01ph - £13.70ph (depending on experience)

There is onsite parking.
