Admin Assistant

We are hiring an Admin Assistant to join our client in Maidstone and to provide administration support to a team of Account Managers.
On offer is an excellent salary of £25,000 per annum. Working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. **NO LATES AND NO WEEKENDS. **Following probation period, this is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office and 2 from home
**Main Duties;**
- **Insurer meetings**
Attend relevant insurer meetings arranged by the Account Management team and report back to the Account Support team with any information/changes.
- **Telephone calls**
Answer and transfer telephone calls along with other Account Support staff.
- **Pre-renewal audit data**
Liaise with the group secretary and insurers to ensure all data is correct.
- **General administration**
- **Invoicing**
Actively chase and download invoices from provider portals.
- **Client meetings**
Where necessary, attend client meetings with Account Managers.
- **Ad-hoc** Carry out any ad-hoc duties as required both internally and externally, to ensure service delivery standards and department development plans are met.
**Skills**
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills - articulate, able to communicate with various levels of
knowledge, over the telephone and in writing.
- Prioritising, organisational and time management skills.
- Full UK Drivers License and able to drive.
- Strong typing skills an advantage, must be able to use Microsoft Outlook.
- Must have good working knowledge of Excel and Word packages
