Responsibilities:
- Work with the Residential Manager, ensuring the home aligns with our values and standards in their absence.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the team, aiding in their professional development and individual growth.
- Oversee colleague management, including appraisals, supervision and training adherence.
- Manage health and safety protocols, risk assessments and ensure all necessary training is completed.
- You will need to be open to working in a reflective manner and deliver relationship-based, person centred care as part of a small team. This will involve a combination of day, evening, night, weekend and bank holiday working.
- Financial Management of the home

- Quality Assurance
- Upholding professional Care Practices
Qualifications and Experience:
- We require a Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce qualification for this role.
- You will need at least 1 years' experience of Senior Support Work in a Childrens Residential setting.
