Residential Construction Manager - S Guest Consultancy Services Ltd

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Manager to join our team on residential new build projects across the West Midlands, focusing on £10-£20 million new build housing schemes.

This role is ideal for a skilled professional with expertise in procurement, tendering, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement of materials for the site
  • Procurement of plant for site
  • Procurement of all subcontractor packages for the site
  • Tendering and analysis of quotations accordingly
  • Producing cost plans & detailed appraisals with betterment and monitoring monthly
  • Monitoring programme and cashflow
  • Monthly valuations
  • Agreeing and certifying sub-contract payment for works invoices to client
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of subcontractors in and around the Shropshire/Wolverhampton areas
  • Commercial expertise in areas such as procurement, tendering, and cost management
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
