Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Cost Manager to join our team at Carbon60 Aylesbury. As a key member of our school projects team, you will play a crucial role in managing costs and procurement for projects of various scales, from re-purposing existing facilities to new developments and rebuilds.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in managing costs and procurement for construction projects. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects, developing and managing procurement strategies to minimize costs and maximize value, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage procurement strategies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage project costs and finances to achieve set targets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong understanding of construction cost management principles and practices, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams.

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum is available for this role, depending on experience.
