We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Development Coordinator to join our team at Vistry North Central Midlands in Stafford. As a key member of our Technical Department, you will be responsible for coordinating critical information and working drawing packages to ensure the successful delivery of residential developments.

In this role, you will work closely with our project team to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate technical information and working drawing packages for residential developments
  • Work closely with the project team to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management)
  • Proven experience in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
