Job Summary:
Vistry Group is seeking an experienced Technical Co-ordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating key information, working drawing packages, and obtaining technical approvals for residential developments.

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong background in technical coordination, design, and construction. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a technical role at a residential house builder or contractor, with a good level of IT literacy and proficiency in AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, and Word. We offer a competitive salary package, including up to 33 days annual leave, private healthcare, and a contributory pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site from design stage to post-completion, in line with delivery programme
- Undertake key aspects of the Principal Designer role as defined within the Construction Design & Management Regulation 2015
- Coordinate delivery of surveys & reports required for development and manage associated requirements from design to completion

Requirements:
- BTEC HND/HNC in Design, Construction, or Civil Engineering
- Experience working within a technical role at a residential house builder or contractor
- Good level of IT literacy and proficiency in AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, and Word

What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
