Senior Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to manage the operations of Staffordshire Together for Carers - All Age Carers Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall performance of contracts, quality delivery, and achievement of outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to raise awareness of caring and identify hidden carers
- Act as the local point of contact for commissioners, developing and maintaining relationships, and preparing performance reports for contract review meetings
- Manage relationships with subcontracted/funded partners, ensuring their performance meets the needs of carers
- Manage operational budgets and ensure expenditure aligns with contractual obligations
- Facilitate team meetings, provide line management, supervision, and support to direct reports
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in managing services, including staff management, supervision, and support. They must be responsible for working in partnership to meet contractual obligations and have experience evaluating delivery, monitoring/analyzing performance, creating reports, and managing relationships with commissioners and budgets.
Estimated Salary: £34,627 per annum
