As a Cost Controller at E-Solutions, you will be responsible for maintaining project costs and ensuring they are aligned with the as-sold position.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain project costs to complete budgets in alignment with the as-sold position and in coordination with budget holders.
  • Support forecast estimation and verify the accuracy of actual-to-date costs, including material, labor, manufactured costs, suppliers' invoices, timesheets, and travel expenses.
  • Align with the project team and schedule to ensure forecasted cost risks are accurately captured and costs are time-phased.
  • Check and control cost movements, compare with current scope and progress, as well as previous forecasts, and validate the accuracy of estimates.
  • Communicate cost status, forecasts, and risks to budget holders and drive/support risk mitigation and cost-out initiatives.
  • Present all financial data transparently, attend project and management reviews to present cost status, budget deviations, and root causes.
  • Align with the Finance Controller to ensure reconciliation takes place between approved project financial data and books.
  • Align with the planner to ensure costs and schedules are aligned, providing time-phased cost forecasts for sales pacing, and report on cost movement root causes impacting sales targets.

Required Skills:

  • Degree-qualified in finance or engineering (with financial training).

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
