Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Vistry Group. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from design stage to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site coordination, including delivery of surveys and reports required for development, and managing associated requirements from design to completion.
  • Coordinate the submission of designs, assist in production of Sales brochures, legal and sales handover meetings, and provide information for Housing Association contracts and attendance of progress meetings.
  • Prepare drawings and documents for superstructure elements for tender, followed by the construction issue and sales handover, while ensuring accuracy of information supplied by all departments.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including 28 days' holiday plus all UK Bank Holidays, pension with Legal & General, and volunteer days.
