We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our Commercial team at CV Library.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead commercial aspects of construction projects and contribute to the growth of our reputable company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Management: Oversee end-to-end commercial activities to maximise value, working closely with Finance and Procurement departments.
  • Documentation and Advice: Provide technical advice on drawings and ensure accurate project documentation.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyse rates and prices, agree on variations and compensation events, and identify potential debt risks.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Forecast monthly and annual profit figures, maintaining accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Safety and Compliance: Understand safety principles, support the Safety Director, and address any concerns promptly.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and allocate work to sub-contractors effectively.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • HNC Level 4 Qualification in Construction or equivalent.
  • GCSE minimum 7 A-C / 5-9 including maths.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel.
Estimated Salary Range:

£50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
