We are currently seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at EngineeringUK. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of construction projects across various sites, ensuring timely completion and compliance with health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an HNC/HND in Building Studies or equivalent qualification and experience in the provision of building specifications/drawings for maintenance and minor improvement works. They will also possess knowledge of building and planning regulations and other statutory requirements in relation to the design and construction of minor improvement projects.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Staffordshire, with a competitive basic salary of up to £45,000 plus a company car. You will also receive 23 days' holiday (rising to 27) and the opportunity to take a paid day out of the office, volunteering for our charity partners or a cause of your choice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the delivery of construction projects across various sites.
  • Undertake site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders, detailing project progress and any issues encountered.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of an HNC/HND in Building Studies or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in the provision of building specifications/drawings for maintenance and minor improvement works.
  • Knowledge of building and planning regulations and other statutory requirements in relation to the design and construction of minor improvement projects.
