Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team at beBee Professionals in Stafford. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that costs are controlled and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost estimation strategies to ensure accurate project budgets.
  • Monitor and control project expenses, identifying areas for cost reduction and optimization.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best possible pricing.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure that project costs are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of cost estimation and project management principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
