Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Residential Manager to ensure our home aligns with our values and standards.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the team, aiding in their professional development and individual growth.
  • Oversee colleague management, including appraisals, supervision, and training adherence.
  • Manage health and safety protocols, risk assessments, and ensure all necessary training is completed.
  • Manage the home's finances.
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Deliver high-quality care and services.
Requirements
  • A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce.
  • At least one year of experience in Senior Support Work in a Children's Residential setting.
