Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Implementation Data Analyst to join our team. The main objective of this role is to work collaboratively with a team of analysts to deliver a high-quality implementation service for new Buck clients and on projects for existing clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for modifying data using SQL to build load files for our in-house pension administration systems, loading data, completing control totals for audit purposes, and ensuring alignment to departmental service standards. Additionally, the Implementation Data Analyst will be encouraged to acquire a high-level knowledge of legislation and system functionality within the pension and payroll areas, and provide process and technical guidance as required for project work or support calls. How you'll make an impact Actively participate in the delivery of new clients, ensuring a smooth implementation process. Use SQL to modify data and build load files for our pension administration systems. Load data and complete control totals for audit purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Carry out departmental service standards, including the use of UAT systems and sign-off procedures. Specify and test improvements to systems and processes as required. Conduct peer reviews and ensure own work is peer reviewed as appropriate. Acquire high-level knowledge of legislation and system functionality within the pension and payroll areas. Develop leadership attributes as required for progression within the role. Contribute positively to the efficiency of the Implementation department, ensuring a quality service to the administration practice. Provide process and technical guidance as required for project work or support calls. Perform any other duties as agreed from time to time. About You Advanced SQL experience. Previous pension systems implementation experience. Understanding of benefit administration systems. Experience of complex data manipulation. Ability to work productively as a team member and experience of working in a project team. Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Access) to an advanced level.
