Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Client Success department at Procentia - Pensions Software Solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in implementing and configuring our market-leading pension software, IntelliPen, to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to document requirements and identify solutions.
- Use clear and concise language to communicate with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that all parties understand the requirements and solutions.
- Help clients and the business identify business improvements, assess the feasibility of change, and communicate the benefits.
- Support the business and clients in recognizing risks to delivery and dependencies that could impact delivery.
- Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Produce documentation, such as specifications, dependency mappings, and process flows.
- Use data modeling practices to analyze findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in a pensions, financial services, or IT environment.
- Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders.
- Sound technical knowledge.
- Experience in requirements gathering to support the configuration and development of software, ideally pensions or other financial services-related systems.
- High degree of numeracy.
- Excellent team worker with good time management and work planning abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Ability to sweat the detail on data analysis and documentation.
- Hard working and willing to go the extra mile when needed.
- Problem-solving and breaking down a requirement.
- Defining what success looks like.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
