Job Title: Infrastructure Business Analyst

We are Alexander Mann Solutions, a global total workforce solutions firm that enables organisations to thrive in an age of constant change. We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Business Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract based in Bristol. Our client is a globally respected organisation that develops cutting-edge technologies to deliver clean, safe, and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model existing business processes and assess options for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver outcome-focused solutions.
  • Break down epics into user stories and work with technical colleagues to deliver solutions.
  • Represent the Voice of the Customer in the Project Team.
  • Communicate and manage stakeholders effectively.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Infrastructure, Compute Hosting, or Platform-based Projects.
  • Experience of all stages within the project life cycle, preferably in projects that have given exposure to waterfall and Agile approaches.
  • Process modelling 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' utilising different modelling techniques.
  • Knowledge of Engineering and/or Manufacturing Processes.
  • Requirements gathering, management, and traceability.
  • Use case development.
