Project Manager/Technical Business Analyst Job Description

Flint Technology Services Ltd is seeking a skilled Project Manager/Technical Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing IT & Network Infrastructure projects and be willing to come into the team as a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements, as well as plan, execute, and monitor project deliverables.
  • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT and network infrastructure, identity and access management, and CyberArk type solutions.
Requirements:
  • At least 5-8 years of experience as a technical business analyst in IT and network infrastructure projects, preferably in the Telecommunications sector.
  • Some experience as a project manager, managing complex and cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in identity and access management, privileged access management, and CyberArk type deliveries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) and project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is desirable.
