About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Client Success department at Procentia - Pensions Software Solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in implementing new clients and helping existing clients with their projects and changes.

As part of our continuing growth, we are looking for an additional Business Analyst to work closely with our clients, installing and configuring our system to meet their needs. We are focused on building successful relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work with clients and the business to document requirements and identify solutions.
  2. Use clear language to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  3. Help clients identify business improvements, assess feasibility, and communicate benefits.
  4. Support the business and clients in recognizing risks and dependencies that could impact delivery.
  5. Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements.
  6. Produce documentation such as specifications, dependency mappings, and process flows.
  7. Use data modeling practices to analyze findings and create suggestions for improvements.
  8. Identify the processes and information technology required to introduce recommendations.
Requirements
  • Experience of working as a Business Analyst in a pensions, financial services, or IT environment.
  • Great communication skills with all stakeholders.
  • Sound technical knowledge.
  • Experience of requirements gathering to support the configuration and development of software, ideally in pensions or financial services.
  • High degree of numeracy.
  • Excellent team worker with good time management and planning abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Attention to detail on data analysis and documentation.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to define success metrics.
  • Effective multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Inquisitive nature.
