Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our Enterprise IT team. The successful candidate will work closely with our architecture team and business stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze and document processes, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead small/medium projects and support on larger/complex projects
  • Manage stakeholder relationships
  • Work independently to develop the business analysis capability by sharing best practice and mentoring others
  • Work with the architecture team and business stakeholders to understand, refine, and document business systems
Key Requirements
  • Conduct options analysis, assess feasibility and operational impact, quantify potential business benefits, and contribute to business case development
  • Identify, investigate, analyze and communicate complex business problems and opportunities
  • Work with architecture team to analyze business goals, objectives, functions and processes, using relevant information and data to support the definition of requirements
  • Help to ensure proposed solutions meet business and user needs
