- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Procentia's products and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships and expectations, using effective communication to keep stakeholders informed of project results.
- Project Management: Lead or participate in multiple projects, completing and updating project documentation, managing project scope, and ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones.
- Process Design and Analysis: Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes, conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level.
- Requirements Gathering: Provide project-level analysis, producing required project analysis documentation, and collaborating closely with developers to implement requirements.
- Business Improvement: Help clients and the business identify complex business improvements, assess the feasibility of change, and communicate the benefits.
- Risk Management: Identify risks to delivery and dependencies that could impact delivery, reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- Documentation and Communication: Produce documentation such as specifications, dependency mappings, and process flows, using clear and appropriate language to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience: At least five years' experience of working as a Business Analyst in a financial services (ideally pensions) or IT environment.
- Leadership and Management: Proven experience of leading and managing a business analyst team.
- Technical Knowledge: Technical knowledge of Procentia's products or similar technology.
- Requirements Gathering: Experience of requirements gathering to support the configuration and development of pensions software or other financial services-related systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to lead a team, and influence skills.
- Generous Benefits Package: 25 days holiday (plus public holidays) increasing with length of service up to a maximum of 28 days, plus a range of other benefits including a 5% employer contribution pension, life assurance, and private medical insurance.
