Job responsibilities

Role Purpose:

You will provide administrative support for theSwindon BeU and CLA (children looked after) services. You will work with theoffice manager to ensure the smooth running of the office and theadministration of the programs to meet targets and deadlines. Responsible for arange of administration, you will be based in our Swindon office with the adminteam.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Ability and experience of working to own initiative in anadministration role.

Take incoming calls,ensuring that calls are transferred to the relevant person/ department and thatmessages are handled efficiently.

To work within a busy office as part of a team and toprovide general clerical and administrative support, including word processingand filing routine correspondence. To follow established systems for allocationand completion of work.

Manage and maintain confidential patient files on adatabase and on paper.

Manage and deal with incoming healthcare referralspromptly, adhering to company timescales.

Book appointments for clients and use appropriatecalendar software.

Work closely with Service Lead / Managers and preparecomputerised documents and reports.

Record client dataaccurately on the appropriate service database. To exchange information usingIT systems, including Excel and Word. Use word processing, spreadsheet, andin-house database.
