We are looking for customer focussed Training Administrators to be part of the Training Services Team Administration process from start to end including processing the course information, arranging the courses, meet and greet delegates and trainers and updating records to reflect course attendance.
To do this role well you will need:
- Educated to GCSE level English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications) or the ability to work at this level.
- Previous experience of working within a busy administration environment.
- Experience using Excel where you can create a new spreadsheet, use filters, SUM functions and basic short cuts such as Ctrl+F for find.
- Be able to deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Understand the importance of confidentiality.
In return for your skills and experience we can offer you flexible and remote working options for a 37hr week with start and finish times between 8am - 6pm. Our team usually work from home and come into the office once or twice a week, but we are flexible on this too.
