About the Role:

As a Mortgage Support Administrator, you will work closely with the Regional Sales Directors and Broker Services Team to ensure efficient case progression.

  1. You will assist in managing introductions to the network, fostering strong relationships and communication.
  2. Assess new applications against network standards and procedures.
  3. Review employment/self-employment/gaps in employment references covering the last 6 years.
  4. Complete due diligence searches for individuals in line with network requirements.
  5. Conduct an overview of current and past financial standing.
  6. Prepare and review required network-specific contracts and letters.
  7. Ongoing assessment of individuals' training & competence journey during the approval process.
  8. DBS Document review and assessment completion.
  9. Maintain and input application details into Broker Services Workflow.
  10. Ability to vet and approve different types of applications in line with network standards.
About You:
  • You will be highly organised, computer literate, and trusted to work independently.
  • The role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Excel skills are essential.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, plus bonus.
