About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Trust. As an integral part of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing effective administrative support to our clinical teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the administration team, including staff supervision, training, and development.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Liaise with Estates and Facilities services to ensure the maintenance of our buildings and equipment.
  • Support the Clinical Team Manager and Deputy Team Managers in the development of our services and administration processes.
  • Manage administrative staff, including rotas, sickness, absence, annual leave, and study leave.
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Higher Education qualification or equivalent experience in an administration role.
  • Proven experience of working in an office environment, using Office computer programs, and producing high-quality correspondence and reports.
  • Excellent organisational skills, including diary management and tracking information.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise a heavy workload, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
