Intake Planning Administrator

Job Description

The Intake Planning team are integral to the success of ASOS.com. The inbound flows from our global sources to our fulfilment centres are a complex and involve most functions throughout the business. Our team align all stakeholders, translating the commercial intake needs of the business into a coordinated plan for the operations teams, to deliver company intake plans.

What you'll be doing…

  • Receiving, prioritising and investigating queries from the Commercial and Supply Chain teams
  • Producing regular reports to update on daily / weekly intake status v targets and capacity
  • Supporting the team to correct intake visibility and flow
  • Supporting the team to implement and maintain new intake processes
  • Circulating and escalating intake information to stakeholders as necessary     
  • Providing training for new intake stakeholders
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with teams throughout the business
  • Supporting our culture by driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies

Qualifications

We'd love to meet someone with...

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • The ability to prioritise based on a good understanding of Commercial activities
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to effectively manage their own workload and communicate confidently and openly with others
  • An approachable and flexible working style
  • The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with a variety of different teams; including Buying and Merchandising, Supply Chain, 3rd Party Carriers and Operations
