Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (6 month)

Location: Manchester, Heywood

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off including weekends - 16 cover days pro-rata

Salary: £20,447 to ££25,000per annum

Position Summary: In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. This position requires excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. Your Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner.Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.Assist customers with orders, returns, and account inquiries.

Issue Resolution:

Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or senior staff when necessary.Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and industry trends.Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.Suggest improvements to enhance the customer service experience.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalentExperience 1 year plus Good use Excel skills and use of JDE would be beneficial Salesforce (desirable)Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
