The Best Connection Group - Oldham, are currently recruiting 2 Customer service advisors for our client, a market leader in their field, based in Rochdale.


Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am 4.30pm
  • During Peak times this may include some week end and evening times ( seasonal )

Wages
- £10.50 per hour

Description

  • As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include, but not be limited to;
  • Strive to deliver an excellent level of customer service
  • Dealing with general admin
  • Working with other departments to ensure speedy delivery of service
  • Confident Telephone manner
  • Experience using an Ecommerce platform ( not essential )
  • Experience using an EPOS system ( not essential )
  • Able to confidently communicate with people from all walks of life
  • Able to deal with challenges quickly, professionally and effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Work well as part of a team or on your own
  • Driven to provide the Highest level of customer service
  • PC Literate confident on Microsoft packages but comfortable with learning new programmes as you will be using an in
- house package for processing orders etc.
