Key Responsibilities:
Manage all restaurant and event reservations, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and online booking platforms
Assist in the planning and organisation of group bookings, private dining, and special events
Maintain accurate records of all bookings and provide timely reports to management
Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless guest experiences
Liaise with the kitchen and event teams to ensure all requirements are met, including dietary preferences and special requests
Provide an exceptional level of customer service, addressing any issues or changes with professionalism and care
Support the broader hospitality team during peak periods and events as needed
We Expect You To Have:
Proven experience in a reservations or customer service role, ideally within a hospitality or luxury environment
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding expectations
The ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
Confidence in using booking systems and Microsoft Office applications
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required
